Couples Counselling

Couples Counselling

Couples Counselling can support people to honestly share feelings about themselves and each other in a safe space with an experienced counsellor. The counselling focuses on clarifying issues and exploring options to help resolve relationship challenges and differences. Sometimes it becomes apparent that one or both of the couple would benefit from individual counselling first and then come to couples counselling or sometimes it happens the other way around, that having experienced couples counselling, one of both of the couple may decide to pursue individual counselling to continue the process of improving their navigation of life and its challenges.
