Anchor abides by the confidentiality policy of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and data protection law.

The Data Protection Act 1998 was replaced by the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (known as GDPR) on 25 May 2018.  Anchor – The Counselling Practice (also known as Anchor Counselling) has reviewed and updated its Privacy Policy to ensure that it is compliance.  Clinical information is stored in a secured location and is only accessible by those who need to have access to it.Security of your personal data is very important to us.
